1.Introduction
Respiratory diseases are becoming a global public health emergency. Patients suffer from the progression of the difficulties of breathing. Noxious substances are of course the greatest of smells. These substances are triggers for the destruction and permanent changes in the structure of the airways. There is a great deal of deterioration overall for the quality of life. The smallest normal tasks become a monumental challenge when breathlessness occurs. The later stage of the disease is associated with serious attacks and frequent hospital emergency visits. Medical practitioners are fully aware of the medical needs the most serious of cases will bring. For the most serious of cases, the most serious of cases will bring the most serious of most modern structures that are the most serious. The most serious of the modern structures will bring the most serious treatments that are the most serious of a modern stem cell clinic. They will alone heal the persistent symptoms in Chronic Inflammation (COPD).
2.Disease Mechanisms
Pathophysiology is the more specific terminology describing the more general mechanisms of Chronic Inflammation (COPD). The greater number of mechanisms of disease that are of this type is of course the greater the overall disease. They are greater in number in that they involve the mechanisms of the disease that occur in the act of breathing. The destruction of tissues in the act of breathing is of course the act. They are caused by the invasion of macrophages and epithelial cells. These cells are caused by the uptake of toxins through the epithelial cells. These cells either die by apoptosis or become necrotic. They die in battle with neutrophils and are replaced in the tissue by more of the same. They are replaced in the tissue by more of the same. The abnormal narrowing of airways is of course the decreased overall number of the smaller airways that are in the act of breathing. The secretion of mucus blocks the airways that remain in the act of breathing. This of course is a direct result of the significant and overall diminished ability of the act of breathing. Hypoxemia is a direct result and is the most significant overall lack of oxygen that leads to the greatest overall depletion of the tissue. The greatest overall depletion is of the greatest overall quality of the tissue. The most significant and the most significant effect also occurs in excess of the disease of the act, leading patients to seek a stem cell clinic. These mechanisms are of course a direct result of the emaciation of the tissue.

3.Traditional inventions and Limitations
Chronic Inflammation (COPD) comes with constant physiological suffering from the stress. For more than 200 years, the only form of treatment for this medical condition has been the use of bronchodilators. The corticoids temporarily suppress the immune system during COPD inflammation and provide acute respiratory relief. Critical for the continued function of the lungs is the use of supplemental oxygen during the advanced stages of the disease. Though all of these treatments work to provide acute stress relief, none of them have the potential to reverse the physical and permanent COPD lung damage. Patients on systemic corticoids are also at risk for osteoporosis and a medical emergency from sepsis. As the years of treatment progress, the disease also continues to worsen, requiring many patients to escalate in doses and the medical community to provide a more than adequate solution to this. This is the reason why patients address a 21st century stem cell clinic for regenerative real progress.
4.The new paradigm of respiratory medicine
The new paradigm of respiratory medicine is represented by mesenchymal stromal cells. Organ-specific multipotent stem cells are administered in a stem cell clinic for the purpose of initiating very deep reconstructive medicine of the tissues. After they are delivered by the intravenous method, these specially engineered stem cells begin to ‘home’ to the injured tissues of the lungs, for which they commence the secretion of the potent stimulators which are commonly referred to as paracrine trophic factors and massive angiogenesis for the purpose of the restoration of necrotic tissues of the lungs to a fully perfused state. They also provide morphing and directing to the immune system and of Chronic Inflammation (COPD) by suppressing the tissue respiratory neutrophils and encouraging the inflammation inhibition using T regulatory cells. This is the reason why severe tissue respiratory injury is halted. True physiological tissue healing is possible for patients after visiting an advanced regenerative institution.

5.Future Trends in Thailand
Throughout Southeast Asia, advanced regenerative medicine is an exhilarating and innovative rapidly evolving field. Thailand is exceptionally leading in the segment of the biotechnology field. Thailand has world class medical infrastructure and medically trained professionals who are leaders in their field in research. Many supportive government initiatives and regulations allow their researchers to conduct progressive cellular medicine. Every one of the top advanced stem cell clinics in Thailand soon becomes an international medical tourist magnet. Treatment costs low as compared to Western countries and safety measures during procedures are high. Beautiful tropical nature offers excellent conditions that aid healing at centers. Chronic Inflammation (COPD) will be the primary cause of this country becoming world’s first top medical treatment center to advanced medical biological processes. Treatments in this country are increasingly being sought after by people worldwide.
